At Builders Corner, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. The following outlines how our collection and delivery process works.
1. Collection
You can collect your order directly from our store:

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2–3 working days.

We’ll send you an email or SMS once your order is prepared.

Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase when collecting.
If you don’t collect within 7 days after notification, we may contact you to reschedule or cancel the order.
2. Local Delivery
We currently provide local delivery within our service areas.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If we can’t complete delivery due to incorrect information or no one being present, an additional delivery fee may apply for redelivery.
3. Delays
While we always aim to meet the stated timeframes, unexpected delays (like supplier issues or transport disruptions) can occur. We’ll notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.
4. Order Tracking
At this time, tracking numbers are not available for local deliveries. You can contact us directly for updates on your order status.
