All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you with options for replacement, delay, or refund.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice.

4. Collection and Delivery

We offer both collection and local delivery options within our service areas.

  • Collection: Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a notification when your order is available.

  • Delivery: Local delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery times may vary based on order size and location. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct — we can’t be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only when necessary, such as for defective or damaged products.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
